Direct Sound is committed to 100% customer satisfaction!

Direct Sound offers a 30-day return policy on all items purchased exclusively from Direct Sound. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may ship your item back.

 

Obtain Return Authorization

Please contact us to approve a return through email at CustomerSupport@extremeheadphones.com.  Include your order number, purchaser name, a contact number, and reason for return.

 

You may also make returns to your Direct Authoized Reseller.

 

Repair, Replace, Refund Process

Any returned item must be in its original condition. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection of your refund, repair, or replacement. Repairs or replacements will be processed in 3-5 days. Approved refunds will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment. Please allow up to 14 days for a refund to be processed.
